With a bang. Ali is a friend whom I met through the wedding industry some 10years ago who one day called me and told he was getting married to this wonderful girl, (yes Rosanna, those were his exact words, more or less). I was naturally thrilled for him and was honored that he would ask me to be involved in one of the most important days of his life. Ali is a creative guy, a seasoned professional in the imaging industry who appreciates a good creative product. Rosanna is one interesting woman with many positive characteristics and extremely well grounded, but my first impression of Rosanna was that of a woman who knows exactly what she wants and how to go about it. She is anything but undecisive, so I guess Ali felt really good when she said YES. She is a lawyer afterall who couldn't of chosen a better profession.
We had a blast that day. I'm really glad I was able to convince them to bring their parents along for the entire ride. The day was like shooting a movie ( something Ali is very familiar with) and every actor played their part perfectly which of course came very naturally. It was a long day, but in the end I hope Rosanna and Ali have found the experience of that crazy day to be very gratifying and one of the most memorable days of their lives.
I wish them both a very happy, creative and a legally fullfilling life with lot's of future lawyers and filmakers.

For pics on this wedding go to PICTURE GALLERY

Rachel & Bernie

After a 3 year well deserved hiatus it feels great to be back photographing weddings. I've been looking forward to this year like a little kid anticipating a birthday party. Being 15 years in the industry, I really miss it. Anyway it's great to be back in action.
My 1st wedding this year went as smooth as silk. Things could not have gone any better. Rachel & Bernie were a great couple to work with. They had the right attitude and were ready and willing to do anything and go anywhere. Like the old saying goes " it takes two to tango" so I guess couple and photographer danced really well together.
I'm looking forward to starting their digital album layout. It will be something to see.
I also want to thank my crew for a superb job. You guys were very professional and I'm looking forward to many more weddings this year.

In the meantime check out some pics of Rachel & Bernie in the

PICTURE GALLERY

Client Comments

Shina & Maxime

If I had the chance to create the ideal wedding scenario, it would be in Mont-Tremblant, QC. Fortunately for me, Shina & Maxime's wedding took place at the beautiful Wyndham Cap Tremblant Resort in Mont-Tremblant. The weather was near perfect, the couple were great and combined with a wild wedding party, the ingredients were there for a great wedding shoot. I had planned in advance multiple locations around the Mont-Tremblant region, which I am very familiar with, but didn't really expect to do all of them, simply because of time constraint. Well to my surprise we managed to get in a 4 hr.shoot outside and what a shoot it was. Everybody was rockin & rolling with no sight of fatigue setting in, which motivated me even more. We really worked well together. I guess it must of been the clean mountain air. The Wedding was produced by Madeleine of Maddy K. Weddings, who did a superb job of organizing and executing the event and who never stops working ( take a break Maddy ). Anyway, you all get the picture. I tip my hat to a beautiful couple. May your energy and kindness continue throughout your lives. As a matter of fact, the entire wedding party really rocked, including the parents. Everyone got involved in my version of a wild Greek wedding.( There may be a movie somewhere in all this ). I always keep reminding myself why I'm so young at heart. Young couples like Alexandra & George constantly keep me on my toes and in turn I always have to bring it up a notch, which is fine by me. I wouldn't have it any other way. I love working closely with bride & groom, getting to know them, their personalities, which in turn helps me to anticipate their next move, is so gratifying. This is the essence of wedding photojournalism.
Working together with such wonderful families to make memories that will last a lifetime and having them entrust you with such an important day is so rewarding as a photographer. This wedding was non-stop. From early morning till late night the action was continuous. Congrats to a wonderful couple and new friends.

P.S I'm waiting to shoot your baptism.

For pics on this wedding, go to Picture Gallery

Client Comments

Marissa & Noel

To my dear couple from Toronto. I know it was a small sacrifice to have me come in from Montreal and put me and my colleage up for 3 days in a top notch hotel. All I can say is that I sincerely hope my presence there has made a small difference in your life and the photos will from time to time remind you of that special day we spent together. Memories are very special.
This was the first Jamaican-Phillipino combination I have shot and I must say you guys know how to party man! Also everyone in your bridal party was very cool and the kids were great as well.
I still have a very vivid memory of Noel on his cell phone throughout the day, making sure that the wedding day and his guests were well taken care of. I guess it's just the type of person that he is, which is why working with kids is such a great profession for him. I can't forget Marissa of course. She was one of the sweetest brides I've done in a while, with a real bubbly personality.
You both have great qualities. I have not only had the priviledge of photographing a great couple, but have made new friends as well. To truly good people, take care and may god guide you towards your goals.

P.S I'll see you on the golf course at Tremblant this summer

For pics on this wedding, go to Picture Gallery

Client Comments
